Dazed and Dizzy

The Funny Side

My parents are 90 and 82 and they recently asked me to manage their bill-paying with the on-line service of their bank.  Last night I attempted to log in and was locked out after entering the wrong combination of ID and login more than allowed.  This is a common experience for me since I have logins and passwords multiplying like kudzu so I just wasn’t up to the process last night.  I waited until today to get the account reset and because there were easier things on my task list I waited until late afternoon near the end of business hours.  Before calling the bank and explaining in some way that felt less goofy for locking myself out again I attempted one last password retrieval.  Worth a try to get back in since I was using a different computer than I used last night.  No joy! I had to face the piper in the form of  customer service for the online banking.

Quick, Intervention

I am seriously in need of intervention. Perhaps that is why I have my Family (as those people I grew up with coming day after tomorrow!. But I digress ( one of my best talents) , here I sit at 11:23 with achng fingers, neck, shoulders, and yet I cannot seem to pull myself away from reading newly discovered blogs and tweaking my own. Even if not in bed, I should be at least spending some time with Tai Chi or painting or something. But I seem glued to these keys! Clearly I am addicted to 21st century letter writing/journal keeping .

My Artistic Vision

I want my designs to be unique, touchable, beautiful to see and comfortable to wear. I want designs that endure the current fashion colors and styles so that it will not end up under a pile of newer things by the end of the year. Finally, I want each piece to have an owner out there unknown when I make it but who will ultimately find it and love it.
